Cri-cri curieux has sent me a huge package with nice surprises to spoil me !

In this package I also found a letter with a request to make a matching necklace and bracelet for the fabrics included.  Her wish is that the bracelet could be attached to the necklace to create a second row.  So ... I am working on it.  Above you can see a selection of beads and colors I have

picked. Meanwhile I finished the bracelet and I am working on the necklace, but to dark after work to take pictures, so the final result will be shown somewhere next week.  I really hope she will like it.

New yarns

Bought me some new yarn at Scharlaeken in Bruges.  It's a macro picture ... be sure,

the crochet bead on this picture is only 1.5 cm and has been crocheted with the green version of this yarn.

The tube has a diameter of 4 mm. 

Stay tuned to see the finished necklaces.

This is another bobin from Scharlaeken, but with sewing thread.  I use this thread to combine it with the silk thread for a more lively color.

Unfinished work this week, and this will not be ready for Saturday Shopping Day, as I start packing today for our holiday instead of beading.
