This little bag made by Marianne from Moi et Moa is in my handbag with something to crochet.  So I call it my mobile workspace.  I use it during lunchtime, doctorsvisit, on the train ... whenever I have a spare moment.

About a year ago I followed a few workshops with Veerle from www.nevousinstallezpas.be at the MIAT (Museum Industrial Archeology) in Gent. She is a real crochetqueen to me and makes very very very beautifull things.  She introduced us in the world of a crochet needle (a very thin one) and very thin tread to make jewelry.  I immediately fel for this technique.
I started to crochet jewelry and here are some pictures of the things I made last year.

I still had one necklace that was waiting to get to finished.  Finally after about 10 months I did; and this is the result.  I combined it with a piece of selfmade Bronze and crochet hoops.

This is what I have made up till now.  Still thinking now of how I should finish it.  I love to crochet tubes, but my daughter doesn't like it, so I'll check if I can finish it with another possibility. Does anyone have a nice idea ?

This are some of the necklaces I started to make today.  But they still need to be finished with a cotton crochet tube.  Mixes of bronz clay, natural sea glass, recycled african glass, driftwood ...

Nog af te werken

Heb nog het een en ander liggen wat ik moet afwerken en wat ik al heb samengelegd om er dan iets mee te maken.  Meer dan inspiratie genoeg, maar tijd tekort !
