I've got the granny squares virus

As a crochet-addict, I couldn't stay behind ! Being next to Veer(le) last weekend I got the 'wooly-itch' as I saw all her beautiful knitwork.

My daughter bought a second hand couch and refurbished it with new

fabric.  So, to surprise her I started to make a fluffy granny square blanket that

would match perfectly with her new couch. 
Still about 180 squares to go ...
and not used to crochet with a huge ball of 200 grs, rather a big contrast with my usual crocheting work.

The 'Sandra Challenge' by Juanita Tortilla

For the occasion of my birthday I got spoiled by Juanita Tortilla.  She made me a very nice handmade package and took the challenge of finding something that would surprise me a lot.

She found it on a thriftmarket and called it

 the 'Sandra Challenge' ! Great idea !

 Comes right out of Singapore and made me smile ! It's already hanging in my craftroom just next to the catcalender I received from my friend Véronique.

For my 47 th birthday my husband made me a craftroom.

Tada ! Here it is !

I am very proud and happy to have my own spot where I can work and have all my supplies around me.

The bottle of Cava was to inaugurate the room :-) and celebrate of course !
