This christmas gift came from my daughters boyfriend.
A symbolic gift that was mostly appreciated by us.

*He bought a little garden and some seeds for somebody in need in Haïti*

Veer tought me how to make crochet flowers.  A new addiction even if I don't know yet what to make with them ... so I will practice a little more.

Berlin

I promised to show my pictures from my trip to Berlin.  This city did not capture

my heart, so I did not take a lot of pictures.  I hoped to see much more of the

differences between east and west, to find the underground art scene, to see a lot of trendy shops ... but I found a very globalistic Berlin.

Checkpoint Charlie situated in one of the most famous shoppingstreets of Berlin.  I took the picture so the McDonalds is not visible just behind the christmastree. :-)

This unique sight I never had before in a metro. No doors, just one long compartiment.

Most of the windows in the metro's have this print of the Brandenburger Tör.

A human Würst-booth ! Crazy sight !

And lots of Christmasmarkets of course !
