A secret holiday tip

If you like to spoil your senses with :

the smell of lavender

the sound of crickets and bees

just a vineyard as your next door neighbour

splendid views

peace and quiet

'du vaing et du paing' (wine and bread)

you surely would like this charming little 'cabanon' in the Provence.

This 'cabanon' was build in 1945 by the grandfather of the owner.  It was formerly

used as a space to put away the 'garden tools'.  You can find them all over the Provence near vineyards and olivetreefields.  Some are so small you can touch all

walls just by spreading your arms.  Most of them are not restored and still stay

in the fields as a mark of forgotten times. The one we rented was perfectly restored and large enough to settle 6 persons.  With love and dedication, this gîte was furbished.

Summerbloggingpause

the car is packed and ready

cats are at a luxury hotel  ;-)

this will be our front door for the next 2 weeks

I will not be hosting the Saturday Shopping Day for the next 3 saturday's.
