I heart macro

A very tiny bracelet made on a silver brass basis ... but I ruined it by spilling superglue on it :-(

Gütermann silk

Looking on the internet for silk thread by Gütermann (to crochet) I ran into a spanish fishermanswebsite ... as they also use this silk to make the body of the 'Moscas Ahogadas' !
Very fine and crafty work to seduce fishes :-)

Trial and error

Have a look in my box with unfinished work and try outs ... here are some trials and errors that never will come to an end.

Soft recycled tissue cut and used for a soft necklace

Tiny seedbeads to be sewn

Some Art Clay Bronze pieces

Wiring with different sorts of metal

Kumihimo with a kind of satinyarn

weaving with copperthread

I am sure you have a box too with unfinished work whatever !

Saturday Shopping Day

Last weekend I went to a huge jumble sale and found a necklace (not at all my style) with beautiful oval ceramic beads.  I reused them to make necklaces in my own style,
minimalistic !

And I also found a box with old vintage buttons ! I repimped some into to rings.  They will be on sale at the Quartier Bricolé shop in Bruges.

Hope you've made some nice things too to show !

Wild cats and kitties

Last years wild 'herbie kitten' has become a catmother too.  But she still loves
to sleep in flowerpots or on a table ...  weirdest position ever !
 I thought
she was dead as her head was hanging so deep over the edge of the table.

Oops, I woke her up ! Look at the suspicous look in her eyes, she really is so wild, I can't touch nor come near to her, so I had to take the pictures from behind my window.

Feeding her and the her mothers kitties ... yep, we have a lot of
wild cats and kitties in the garden coming by to be fed.
