Storing herbs for winter
The huge bush of rosemary in my garden needs some trimming.
Too bad I can't share the smell on my blog.
Even my cat loves the smell.
Wash the twigs, pat them dry with some kitchenpaper.
Spread the twigs on some baking paper.
Oven at max. 50 ° for several hours untill totally dry and crisp
Bottlecorks are not only used for winding some threads here...
but also to keep the oven a little bit open, so moist can get out.
Rip off and chop !
Store and enjoy with recipes that can be found

I heart macro
Handcrochet silk bead : size 1.5 cm / 0.59 inches
The spider in my garden was double this size !
