1m² on sunday

Mitsy and Annemiek prepared the location for 1m² and this is how it looks like, empty ... and very very tiny. 

 But that is also why this makes the event so very special.

A challenge to make an attractive installation on just 1m² to present the product. (I don't know where you will find me on this tiny spot ;) )

Workshop 'photography for bloggers'

I had the honour, privilige and luck (I was on the waitinglist) to join in on a workshop

about photography for bloggers at the very succesful event of VanKatoen

in the MIAT museum yesterday.

Elza D (you know the other famous one from the 'Allemaal Rokjes'-book) and Photo-Copy-Ann (foodphotographer from Zesta - ps try the recipe it's fantastic !) shared their passion and enthousiasm

for making pictures.

The official manual of my camera (about 250 pages)  was reduced by them

to just one  A4 sheet with

the most important techniques and tips for the use of a camera.

Now I really know what most of the buttons are used for on my camera.

At the end of the workshop we all had to make a 'test' :

one apple, a museum ... and of course a camera

SHOOT !

Hopefully you will see some difference in the quality of my

shootings in the near future.

Preparing for 1m²

On Sunday the 22 nd of April I will be participating

 in the 1m² event in Hasselt.

The organisation challenged us to use just one square meter for displaying our objects.  

On the ground you get 1m² ... but nobody mentioned

how high the ceiling is ;-)

Playing with bike tyres

With some patience, rubber (a innerbiketyre)  and a needle I came to this result :

a choker and bracelet

Remains unfinished

It now has been three weeks since I last crocheted.

I'd just started a new collection of crochet bracelets in different

shades of colors ... but wasn't able to finish the first one due

to too much pain in my elbow.

Today I will start fysiotherapy as medication doesn't help.

Spoiled

We all got spoiled with an easter brunch at my mom's place !
