Dawanda Design Market Brussels

On November 17 I will participant in this event. 

The challenge is to to shape this room into a shop.

As I want to 'travel light' to this market, I am testing some materials to use for this event. 

 

'Francine' decorated with some hempthread will be modeling the earrings.

 

Testing washi tape for a least 12 hours ... just for the lightweight crochet designs. 

Coathangers for the closet.

 Suckers for windows and mirrors.

Kind of clips to be used for fabrics.

Combine wool and wool, wool and paper, paper and paper or just wear it single!

A new toy: loom knit ring

 Ordered a DIY kit at Paperphine to loomknit paper bangles,

love the texture, colors and lightness of this material.

Couldn't resist to try other materials too: thick wool and a combination of merino and silk thread.

Perfect for me during wintertime: as my workingdesk is made of marble (very cold) - so these make a perfect and pretty 'isolation'!

 Looking like chunky warm and wooly donuts!

mùade some more, but pictures of the former necklaces where on my laptop that was stolen in Tuscany last year

  both are a remake from 2 old necklaces where I reused the crochet tube to make bracelets

used my beadstash to make some more - all one of a kind!
