New beads

Lots of inspiration comes up when I look at these beads.
I bought them at Buffy Beads in London, a tiny shop in Kingley Court, but with a beautiful selection.

My creative workspace

I don't really have a workspace, just a place to stock my material.
The pictures of my beads can be found here.  I take out what I need and sit in the garden, kitchen or my living room ... to make my creations.

Before and after

During my trip to the Loire last month I visited a very nice 'vide grenier' along the river Loire in the little village of Montsoreau. If you are travelling to France, click on the link and have a look if there is an 'vide grenier' near your vacation resort.
I am always on the look for vintage beads, old boxes of silk thread ... and I found this box to put in beads.

I am a very happy mum !

Yesterday evening my daughter and her boyfriend finally arrived home after one month of backpacking in Thailand. I am so happy all went well and she is home again.
A great experience in their lives up to now.  It broadens their view on different cultures and the world.
I got spoiled because she brought home beads from Thailand !
Too bad I have to work the next days and can't start creating with this beautiful
collection.
