The huge bush of rosemary in my garden needs some trimming.
Too bad I can't share the smell on my blog.
Even my cat loves the smell.
Wash the twigs, pat them dry with some kitchenpaper.
Spread the twigs on some baking paper.
Oven at max. 50 ° for several hours untill totally dry and crisp
Bottlecorks are not only used for winding some threads here...
but also to keep the oven a little bit open, so moist can get out.
Rip off and chop !
Store and enjoy with recipes that can be found

Wonderful idea.
I love the smell of rosemary...
Maybe I will let all my balcony plants succumb to the cold and just die :( We have no space for plants in our apartment, sadly.
Lovely!

I can smell the perfume!!! ;D
great pics!
I was working in the garden the whole day too.
..and yes, bottlecorks are very useful, I cannot resist to keep them......
Aren't they perennial plants?!
We use them all year around!
