A refreshing early morning walk before the start of a beautiful day at the seashore in De Haan. Heading for the workshop 'Hot Textiles' @ Mieke Recour.
Some of Mieke's pretty silk, ceramic and felt creations in her workshoproom.
Coloring the bondaweb and making a collage with different materials on a frame and an old wooden box.
Coloring of a light sheet of polyetheen with acrylic paint.
Making fabric beads with the heat gun.
A ring made out of a handcolored thick sheet of polyetheen.
And some brooches in a combination of thick and thin sheets of polyetheen and fabric.
Lots and lots of try-outs to get some good ones,
as it looks a lot simpler then it is.

met kraaltjes experimenteerde ik zelf ook al maar met dat polyeteen wil ik nog wel eens een workshopje volgen ...zoek nog een data waarop zij kan en ik vrij ben ....
Wat een leuke dag had je! Mooie resultaten. (als de kids hier groter zijn, ga ik ook wat workshops volgen, lijkt me heerlijk)
