My big challenge for 2010 is loosing weight again. After 25 years of dieting and jo-jo-ing I am still not a slim person, and I will never be, that's not my challenge.
I want to live healthy, that should be my motto.
So today I will (again) subscribe the new weight watchers program in order to loose 20 kg I gained the last 2 years. I know I am not allone to take this challenge.
