Diet Moodboard


Scales in different types.

Last week I started the Weight Watchers diet to loose weight and live healthy.
I resisted this time the challenge to go on the scale every day.  This with the meaning of not being disappointed if the weight doesn't go down quick enough(aren't we all the same ? ). This morning I attended the ww-course and I got the pleasant news that I lost 2.3 kg !
Off we go for the 2nd week !
