Diet moodboard


Who can resist these sweeties full of vitamines and fibers?  It's just a 'click' you have to make to choose for fruits in a healthy life ! I did and this week I lost 200 gr.
Not a lot, but I don't have to carry these gramms anymore !

Hmmm, I love fruit and I also started eating more of it instead of grabbing to cookies all the time. :)
