Diet Moodboard

Once you take the discission to eat heatlhy, be aware you have to do this through all the seaons !
I try to do so ... winter is halfway, so still some seasons to go : this week I lost 700 gr !

I suppose this is easier to do in summer when vegetables are plentiful, right? We have a veggie patch that provides veggies for us all year round... helthier it can't get! aahaha

Beautiful photos of the seasons :) Congrats on the weight loss to! It is tough to eat healthy in the winter when there are not so many fresh fruits and vegetables coming in from the garden but I must try harder :)
