Diet Moodboard


Liquid vitamines ! Yummy soups and smoothies ! Healthy and low calory. 
No update this week for the weightloss as I did not attend Weight Watchers class.
We will keep the result on a status quo this week :-)

Fruit smoothies are so delicious and we make a lot of them in the summer. I don't know why we don't during the winter but I just might have whip one up now *grin*. Lovely mosaic :)

The colours in these are amazing! I had gastric sleeve surgery in December 2009 so I understand how hard the eating well and looking after yourself can be. Keep up the good work, you won't regret it and your life will be amazing because of the changes!

Your mood board is gorgeous! I love smoothies and veggie soups and the link, but when it's so cold (-3 today in Zurich) I feel like stew and hot tea :-)
