Collecting something ? Wel yes ... spices and herbs ... one of my favorite things.
I bring home something from every destination. Like to experiment in the kitchen with
them. Brings 'holiday' into my plates !

We love spices! Maybe because we are half Indonesian and Indonesian Cuisine is definitely one which use a lot of them...

My dad has just planted a lot of herbs in our back garden, not sure if we're going to use them as we ignore with which food they can be combined..

I love to look & smell at spices in other countries - especially on the markets - usually so colorful and beautiful!
Great idea to bring those home & use 'em for kitchen experiments!
