I had the eye surgery on Tuesday. All went ok. Temporarily I don't have a good sight. On my left eye (the one that had the surgery) I can't see good far away, but very well closeby. In my right eye, I am wearing a contactlens
so there I can see good faraway but not closeby.
This will be my sight for the next 4 (difficult) weeks.
After that I will have my final eyeglasses and have
a better sight then I had in the last 6 years.
If I don't wear the contactlens, I can see perfect within 10 cm of my nose ... but then all the rest of the world is blurred ...

sterkte en veel beterschap gewenst! Met zo'n slecht zicht toch zo'n prachtig fijn haakwerk doen, chapeau hoor!

Nog even 4 weken op de tanden bijten en er gaat terug een nieuwe wereld voor je open :-)
The blurry vision looks pretty much as I see the world without glasses/contacts.
I can usually see that there IS a sign, sometimes I can see that there is written something on the sign, but not a single chance that I can read the sign...
;-)

These four weeks will pass by quickly, and then you will enjoy the new situation for sure!!!
What is 4 weeks of bad eyesight in comparison to seeing again!!

Helaba !! Ik ben content dat alles goed verlopen is en dat het er uiteindelijk zeer positief uitziet ! Rust nog goed uit dat je weer snel mooie creaties kan maken en dat je weer kan komen werken hé ... ;-)
