Diet Moodboard

This is the hardest part in my healthy life ... eat less bread.  I love crunchy breadcrusts,
baguettes, turkish bread, whole weat .... but I have to limit the intake.

This weeks result on the Weight Watchers course wasn't good, I gained 400 gr instead of losing weight.
But I will keep on eating healthy so next week I will have a result to be proud of !
