Sundried ... not quite

I can't make SUNdried tomatoes here ... lack of sunshine and hot temperatures.
So I cheated and made them in the oven :
cherrytomatoes cut in half
sprinkle them with some fine olive oil
some seasalt and pepper
put them in the oven on 130 ° for about 2 hours ...

take a deep breath when you open the oven and close your eyes ...

enjoy the smell of summer, Italy and holidays !

Wow Sandra, this surely looks worth trying!!! How do you keep them? In jars? And how long can they be kept?

Lekker he!
