No knead bread

Seduced by a blogpost I read here, I wanted to try this kind of bread.
Sounded too simple ... and indeed it is ! I just needs time, that's all.
You can read the recipe here or here.

The crust is thin, crisp and snaps as you cut into the loaf.
The interior of the bread holey, chewy, airy and light.

A big yes to try it again !

Just the way I like bread.... Crispy outside... with "air" inside...
