No knead bread





Seduced by a blogpost I read here, I wanted to try this kind of bread.
Sounded too simple ... and indeed it is ! I just needs time, that's all.

The crust is thin, crisp and snaps as you cut into the loaf.
The interior of the bread holey, chewy, airy and light.

A big yes to try it again !

Ojaaaa, dat is pas wat je een brood kan noemen! 'k Zal die na de examens ook eens proberen te maken... vooral papa zal er blij mee zijn! Er is niets beter dan zelfgemaakt brood :)

Just the way I like bread.... Crispy outside... with "air" inside...
